Are you a big fan of the show Dexter? So are we!
Michael C. Hill, also known Dexter, purchased an astonishingly beautiful home Los Felix, California, for $3.825 million is 2013. Michael listed the home in 2014 for $4.5 million and it's now back on the market for $4.85 million.
The breathtaking Spanish Colonial was built in 1923 and is 5,618 Sq Ft. The home has since undergone extensive updates and renovations. Featuring six bedrooms and six bathrooms, this home is in a category of its own.
I wonder who the buyer will be! Another celebrity, perhaps? We are surprised that this charming home did not sell the first time Michael listed it.
